NEVER BEEN SO IMPRESSED – NOW A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

My air conditioner died on a 102 degree day – I called at 6:30 pm and got a response right away. David said he had two other jobs ahead of me, but if I wanted he WOULD be there that night. He arrived about 10:45 pm and worked until 12:30 am – with a flashlight! He was professional, polite and turned a horrible day into a good experience. Cogburns – you should know this is a fabulous employee and he represents you very well.
