During our Scheduled Service Visit
We will perform routine maintenance. Routine maintenance includes: rinsing the outdoor unit, checking motor/compressor operation, checking the refrigerant level, examining electronic components reliability, inspecting the condensate drain system, etc…. The Safety Inspection Includes: Checking over temperature safeties, checking flame roll-out safeties, checking for gas leaks, checking the exhaust piping system, etc… The Clean and Check Includes: Cleaning flame sensors, cleaning the are around the HVAC equipment, rinsing the outdoor unit, running water down the condensate, wiping the blower motor down, etc…. The service is designed to extend the life of your system, reduce expensive break-downs and reduce your overall operating expenses.
Depending on the level of membership you choose you receive additional benefits. Our Platinum members receive our highest level of service and discounts. Such as service within hours of your call and 50% on all repairs.
Contract vs Agreement
I am a BIG Fan of Agreements. That is exactly how our Membership Service is, a simple agreement. You agree to pay a small monthly fee and we agree to provide you priority service, scheduled maintenance and discounts on repairs. If for any reason you want to discontinue the service you simple send us an email or call.
