Service & Repair Technicians (Apprentice thru Tech Specialist 2)

Your responsibilities are to, Serve the clients of the company by expertly servicing and repairing residential heating and air conditioning systems. The company motto is, 'Serve the ones that call today and Leave No-One without Comfort', so you must focus on technical excellence in order to help the team live up to its motto. Wear shoe covers, maintain a neat work area when performing repair or maintenance, be able to explain what service you are providing, always be safety conscious, never sell client anything they don't need, perform proper inspections of systems, look for ways to prevent break-downs, understand the benefits of higher efficient systems, able to explain Service Agreements, and maintain your service truck to be neat and clean on the inside and out.

strong>Entry Level apprentices are assigned to schedule service or as an installation assistant. Must be able to successfully communicate all company services.

Client Service Representative


Cogburn's Heating and Air is a home service provider of heating, air conditioning and duct cleaning sales, service and maintenance. Our motto is to "Serve the One's Who Call Today and Leave No-One without Comfort."


Your responsibilities would be to assist in taking incoming client calls, recognizing that this is where the client will form their first impression. Assist in dispatching service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum efficiency. Notify clients if we are not going to arrive on time. Work closely with the Administrative Manager to ensure that the calls per day are run. Manage our Service Membership clients to make sure their subscriptions and payments are up to date. Debrief Technicians on each call and that they collect.
