Cogburn’s Heating and Air Conditioning has a well-deserved reputation for excellence. We are committed to you, our customer, by helping with any problem that involves repairing your heating unit, furnace, or heat pump. If you have any worries or questions, give us a call. It may be a minor issue only requiring advice over the phone, perhaps even a problem you can fix yourself, but don’t put it off. Our job is to help you. It’s all part of the exceptional level of service we are known for. We can evaluate your HVAC system, perform a safety inspection, and provide a performance analysis (backed by a written guarantee) for only $99. In the event that any heating or furnace repairs are needed, we will reduce the evaluation fee to $49. We charge no overtime on our repairs, but we normally charge an additional $50 as an after-hours fee. After hours is defined as after 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday, weekends, and holidays.
