The Simple Comfort plan is only $10 a month. Simple Comfort will save you money on major repairs, with no extra charges for overtime or after hour service. The membership provides for service priority within 24 hours. Other features include annual service like checking for carbon monoxide and gas leaks and cleaning your outdoor unit. Heating services include cleaning and checking your unit annually, and a safety inspection. The plan also includes an annual Clean and Check Inspection and safety inspection for your air conditioning unit. Plus with the Simple Comfort membership there is a 5% discount for a new system.
The Silver membership is $14 a month and will give you service with no additional charges for overtime or after hours service. Annually you will receive a tune-up, safety inspection, and a clean and check service as a part of our service for your heating and air conditioning units. Other features includecommon repairs, such as a refrigerant leak search, a cleaning of the outdoor unit, checking for gas and carbon monoxide leaks, changing your air filter,replacing your damaged refrigerant line insulation, replacing the corroded spade connector, replacing the missing refrigerant service cap, as well as replacing missing wirenuts, and sealing minor leaks in your indoor unit. You will receive a 15% discount on repairs or service work, a $30 rate for evaluation 24 hours a day, and a 5% discount for a new system. The Gold membership is $24 a month and will of course also provide service with no additional charges for overtime or after hours service. You will receive a 30% discount on repairs or service work. With the Silver, Gold, and Platinum memberships, you will receive same day priority service. The same common repairs that are covered in the Silver membership are covered in the Gold and Platinum memberships, as well as the same annual heating and cooling service. The evaluation fee is $30, and you will receive a 10% discount for a new system.
The Platinum membership is $34 a month. Platinum membership provides a 50% discount for repairs or service work, and the evaluation fee will be $20, as well as the same annual service and a 10% discount for a new system.
